Information you provide

The tools don’t require an account. To generate a result, the file you choose or the text you enter, together with the options you set, is sent to our servers, which process it and return your result.

We don’t ask for your name, email, or other contact details to use the tools.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers automatically collect standard usage information: the pages you view, the page that referred you, your approximate location (derived from your IP address), and details about your device and browser such as its type, screen size, language, and operating system. We also record which tools you use and interactions such as starting or completing a generation, so we can understand what’s useful and improve the Site.

Google Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to measure how the Site is used. These services set cookies and similar identifiers on your device and collect the usage information described above. The data is processed by Google, may be combined with other Google services, and may be transferred to and stored on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the European Economic Area, it relies on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How we use information

• To operate the tools and return the results you request.
• To measure, maintain, and improve the Site and its tools.
• To keep the Site secure and to diagnose and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train machine-learning or large language models.

Our legal basis

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, we rely on these legal bases under the GDPR. We provide the tools and return the results you ask for to perform our agreement with you, or to take steps at your request. We run analytics, keep the Site secure, and improve it on the basis of our legitimate interests in understanding how the tools are used and operating them reliably — you can object to this processing at any time using the options above or by contacting us.

Data retention

Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics configuration and Google’s own retention policies. Content you submit to a tool is processed to produce your result.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of its sale or of certain processing. Since we don’t have accounts or hold your contact details, the most direct way to limit what we collect about you is to opt out of analytics using the options above. For any other request, email us at contact@tweenframe.com and we’ll respond as required by applicable law.

If you’re in the European Economic Area or the UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children’s privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated policy applies from then on. We encourage you to review it periodically.
