Terms of Service

The service

TweenFrame provides free, browser-based tools for creating and downloading GIFs, images, and video-based animations. The tools don’t require an account and are free to use. To produce a result, the content you submit is sent to our servers, processed, and returned to you. We may change, add, or discontinue tools at any time without notice.

Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to use the Site and to agree to these Terms. If you’re a minor, use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, or that violates anyone’s rights;
• use the tools to create content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful;
• upload or generate content that sexually exploits or endangers minors, or any other content that is illegal to create, upload, or share;
• upload other people’s personal information, or images of identifiable people, without the rights or consent to do so;
• upload files containing malware, or otherwise attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or the services behind it;
• scrape or crawl the Site, or use automated means to access the tools beyond ordinary personal use.

We may remove content and limit, suspend, or end your access to the Site if we reasonably believe you’ve breached these Terms or used the Site unlawfully. We may also report illegal content to the authorities and retain it where the law requires.

Reporting content

If you believe content on the Site is illegal or infringes your rights, email us at contact@tweenframe.com with enough detail to identify it. We’ll review valid reports and remove content or restrict access where appropriate.

Your content

You keep ownership of the content you submit to the tools. You’re responsible for that content, and by submitting it you confirm you have the rights to use it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process your content and return your result — we don’t claim ownership of it.

Our intellectual property

The Site itself — its design, text, logos, and software — belongs to Getwebcraft Limited and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the tools and download the results you create, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the Site or its components.

Disclaimer

The Site and its tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result will meet your needs. Nothing here affects any statutory rights you have as a consumer that can’t be excluded or limited by law.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Getwebcraft Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or content arising from your use of the Site, and our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Site is limited to one hundred euros (€100).

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Getwebcraft Limited for third-party claims, damages, or costs that result from content you upload unlawfully or from your breach of these Terms — except to the extent the loss was caused by us.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable part applies only as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and the updated Terms apply to your use of the Site from then on. If you don’t agree with a change, please stop using the Site.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and any disputes relating to them or to the Site will be subject to the courts of Cyprus. If you use the Site as a consumer, this doesn’t deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence; you may bring proceedings there, and we’ll bring any claim against you only in the courts of your country of residence.
